I found some advocacy documents on pbworks.com. It was in a sample K-12 wiki with a library tag. The documents appear to be old and are from Massachusetts with both the school and public associations making contributions. The links take you to documents in Word and that can be read with Adobe Acrobat...both being read only. I have bookmarked it on delicious.
